- With the User’s prior consent, for commercial purposes (e.g. personalised furnishing advice, request for a quote in-store), the data will be shared with third parties, as commercial partners of Mr Fabrizio Casini (e.g. points of sale, agents), including sites in third countries within or outside Europe. The provision of data is optional and failure to provide it will make it impossible to process it for commercial purposes.
- If you refuse to provide your data, the consequences will be that we will not be able to comply with the obligations referred to in points 1, 2 and 3. - Your data has been acquired by the administrative department from your documentation and will be communicated to our external consultants, as they are responsible for and in charge of processing it, and will not be disclosed. Furthermore, within the company, it may be communicated to staff in the Administration, Purchasing, Technical, Secretariat, Warehouse, Production and General Management departments, as they are responsible for and in charge of processing it. The data collected may be shared with third parties, as commercial partners of LAMA SRL, located in third countries within or outside Europe. Such sharing is necessary in order to proceed with the existing contractual or pre-contractual relationship. We remind you that the Company guarantees the highest standard of data security, also with reference to any third parties involved as data processors.
Furthermore, in this context, the company has adopted the contractual models with its partners required by European privacy legislation.
